Great Escape!
PSPM Convention March 2-3, 2012
Hosted by The Greater Columbia Area Mothers of Twins Club
Who needs a weekend away more than a mother of twins? Hosted by the Greater Columbia Area Mothers of Twins Club (GCAMOTC), this year's convention theme is The Great Escape, and the weekend promises some much-needed relaxation for busy parents of twins, triplets and higher order multiples from around the region.
We have a great time planned for all. Fridays meet and greet will include lots of socializing, games and pampering. A hospitality suite will be available for you to come and visit with friends, enjoy snacks or just hang out when you are not in one of our exciting classes or discussions. This weekend is all about you. We are planning crafts, self-defense classes and health discussions. Saturday lunch and installation ceremony will be catered by the Clarion. Then browse our Show & Sell in the afternoon where vendors will be offering a wide variety of crafts and services. The dinner banquet will blow you away as we dine and cruise on the Spirit Of Lake Murray www.spiritoflakemurray.com.
Convention registration is $50 per person for PSPM members and $60 for non-members until December 31 ($15 late fee beginning January 1), and registrants may bring a guest for dinner Saturday night for an additional $45 if space is available. The registration fee includes meals, gift bags, access to classes and discussions on Saturday. We encourage you to stay at the Clarion for the full Convention experience. The Clarion is offering a special room rate 120.00 a night if you book your room by 2/1/12. This includes an incredible breakfast bar ($7.95 per person value) on Saturday for up to 4 people staying in your room at Carolinas Restaurant. You can check out the Clarion online at www.clarionhotelcolumbia.com.
